Propane Hose Facts: The most common propane hoses are 1/4" Inside Dia. Propane Hoses Typically come with one of three types of ends: 1. 1/4" MPT X Both Ends. 2. 1/4" MPT X 3/8" Female Flare. 3. 3/8" Female Flare Both Ends. Two Stage RV Regulators Use 1/4" Inverted Flare Fittings. There are only two ways to attach a hose to a cylinder. 1. Type 1 Acme Fitting. Right Handed 2. POL Fittings. Left Hand Thread. NOTE: Newer Propane Cylinders can accept Type 1 or POL fittings. |
